Refund Policy
Eligibility: We offer refunds on unopened, unused coffee products and merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items, we’ll inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items: Please note that opened or used coffee, gift cards, and perishable items cannot be refunded.
Returns Policy
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
Return Shipping Costs: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, STARDOME covers the cost of return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges and Replacements
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, we’ll send out the correct one at no additional cost. Simply contact our Customer Support team to resolve the issue.
Processing Times
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. However, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
