Returns

Eligibility: You can return any unopened and unused coffee products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Merchandise and equipment must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.
How to Return: To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Replacements

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Wrong Item Received: If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, we’ll quickly rectify it. Just reach out to us, and we’ll send the correct item at no additional cost.

Additional Information

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that gift cards and perishable items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Costs: We cover the cost of return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
